Deputy Seamus Kirk asked the Minister for Health if he is aware of the serious funding shortfall for the Louth and Meath branch of Down Syndrome Ireland and its early intervention home teacher programme; if he will re-examine the allocation position; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Accordingly, I have arranged for the question to be referred to the HSE for direct reply to the Deputy.
