919. Deputy Michael Healy-Rae asked the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport the status of a matter (details supplied) regarding the National Sports Campus Development Authority/Sport Ireland; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [46655/15]
Amharc ar fhreagraI am informed that, in its recent correspondence with the Deputy, Sport Ireland confirmed that it accepts the decision of the Information Commissioner and it will ensure that all aspects of the Information Commissioner's decision will be fully complied with within the permitted timeframe. I understand that the relevant records have been released by Sport Ireland, in accordance with the Information Commissioner's decision.
As I have already informed the Deputy, the processing of this FOI request and the decision of the Information Commissioner are a matter for Sport Ireland and I have no role in the process.
