153. Deputy Seán Kyne asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine if the transfer of entitlement process has been completed for a person (details supplied), and if not, when it will be completed and when payment will issue. [1668/16]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe persons named submitted a 2015 Private Contract Clause application to my Department seeking the lease of land and entitlements. There was an issue regarding land declared as leased and owned in this case that required my Department to correspond with the transferee. These issues have been resolved, processing of the application is well advanced and payment under the Basic Payment Scheme will issue shortly.
