Deputy John McGuinness asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine if a single payment will issue without delay to a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny, given that all documentation was sent to his Department on 28 October 2015; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The person named submitted a 2015 Private Contract Clause application to my Department to transfer land and entitlements by lease. This application has been fully processed and payment under the Basic Payment Scheme will issue shortly.
