Deputy Catherine Murphy asked the Minister for Justice and Equality to set down in tabular form, for each month from 1 January 2014 to date, the number of gardaí driving Garda vehicles who have been issued with penalty points and the number of gardaí who have been exempted from penalty points because they were issued for instances where they were driving a Garda vehicle while on duty; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
