76. Deputy Noel Coonan asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Social Protection when an application under the disability allowance scheme by a person (details supplied) in County Tipperary will be finalised; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [1757/16]
Amharc ar fhreagraI confirm that the disability allowance (DA) claim for the person concerned was re-instated on 7 October 2015, with effect from 23 September 2015. Payment of DA had been stopped for a period of one year while the person in question participated in a community employment scheme.
