312. Deputy Charlie McConalogue asked the Minister for Health if the Health Service Executive will reconsider the eligibility of a person (details supplied) in County Donegal for a repayment given that prescription charges were applied despite the person being in receipt of a long-term illness card; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
