88. Deputy Jack Wall asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Social Protection the status of the payment of arrears to a person (details supplied) in County Kildare; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [2800/16]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe person concerned was notified on the 6th October 2015 that following her successful appeal her application for domiciliary care allowance has been awarded from the 1st December 2014. The first payment of the allowance, along with arrears due, issued on 20th October 2015.
