140. Deputy Pearse Doherty asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Social Protection the reason for the delay in processing an application for a person (details supplied) in County Donegal under the jobseeker's allowance scheme. [4334/16]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe reason for the delay in this case is that the person concerned has been requested to provide specific documentation by the Social Welfare Inspector. However, to date this information has not been provided. When the information is provided to the inspector a decision on her entitlements will be made.
