Deputy Joe Carey asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine how many farmers, under €15,000 and over €15,000, who experience a reduction under the basic payment scheme to the national average have also failed to qualify for the green low-carbon agri-environment scheme 1 or 2, under tier 1 or tier 2; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
