148. Deputy Denis Naughten asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine when a person (details supplied) in County Galway will receive a payment; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [4780/16]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe person named did not hold entitlements under the Single Payment Scheme. Under EU Regulation 1307/13 only persons who were eligible to receive a direct payment under the 2013 scheme year may receive an automatic right to be allocated entitlements under the Basic Payment Scheme in 2015. Consequently the person named does not qualify for an automatic right to participate in this Scheme.
