293. Deputy Bernard J. Durkan asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine when all outstanding matters in the case of persons (details supplied) in County Kildare will be concluded under the single payment scheme; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [5788/16]
Amharc ar fhreagraMy Department received applications under the ‘young farmer’ category of the 2015 National Reserve and the Young Farmers Scheme from the persons named with the second person named as the young farmer. There are anomalies relating to the land pertaining to the second person named and my Department is currently working towards resolution of the case. When resolved these applications will be processed to payment stage.
