650. Deputy Éamon Ó Cuív asked the Minister for Education and Skills when work will commence on the replacement building for Clifden Community School; if contracts have been signed; the reason for the delay; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [5535/16]
Amharc ar fhreagraScoil Phobail Community School, Clifden, Co Galway is at an advanced stage of the tender process for the provision of a new School and demolition of the existing building. The supplementary tender report for the project was recently submitted to the Department and is currently being reviewed. When the review is complete the Department will be in contact with the school authorities in relation to the further progression of the project.
