732. Deputy Catherine Connolly asked the Minister for Education and Skills the status of the tendering process for the new primary school in Furbo, County Galway, including the stage it is at and when construction will commence; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [6258/16]
Amharc ar fhreagraScoil na bhForbacha is at an advanced stage of the tender process for the provision of a new 8 Classroom School and demolition of the existing building. The tender report for the project was recently submitted to the Department and is currently being assessed. When the assessment is complete the Department will be in contact with the school authorities in relation to the further progression of the project.
