475. Deputy John Deasy asked the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government the number of civil cases for compensation arising from alleged accidental injury or damage that have been instigated against each local authority in the past five years; the number of such proceedings pending, by local authority; and the amount awarded, by plaintiff party and by court, against local authorities over the same period.
