Willie Penrose

Ceist:

1020. Deputy Willie Penrose asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine why he has not granted entitlements to a person (details supplied) who applied for them in March 2005 in accordance with the regulations pertaining at that date under the national reserve scheme; to grant these without delay as this is impacting on the person's ability to continue farming; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
