The person named submitted an application for the 2015 Basic Payment Scheme which was received in the Department on 8 May 2015. Payments issued to the nominated bank account of the person named in October and December 2015. A further final balancing payment will issue to applicants who qualify for such payment, following the definitive allocation of entitlements over the coming weeks.
