542. Deputy Peter Burke asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine to extend the entrance date for the green low-carbon agri-environment scheme for a further two weeks, given the late spring in 2016; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [11661/16]

This matter which I understand relates to the Wild Bird Cover action in the GLAS scheme, is currently being considered by my Department and all scheme participants will be notified of any change following this review.
