Deputy Jonathan O'Brien asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Justice and Equality the number of the 29 victim requests for reviews of the Director of Public Prosecution’s decision not to prosecute since the implementation of the victims' directive, which resulted in the decision of the Director of Public Prosecutions being reversed; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
