270. Deputy Charlie McConalogue asked the Minister for Health when he will issue a final reply to an interim reply (details supplied); and if he will make a statement on the matter. [14243/16]

I regret the delay in replying to the Deputy's representations earlier this year. I have asked the HSE to respond to the various issues raised. I will revert to the Deputy when I receive the information and would hope to be in a position to respond shortly.
