Deputy Eoin Ó Broin asked the Minister for Health the total allocation of funding for 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 and to date in 2016 to provide emergency placements for persons with disabilities, and to identify the funding gap between the annual allocation and the annual requests for funding for each of these years.
