Deputy Peadar Tóibín asked the Minister for Communications, Energy and Natural Resources the properties his Department and agencies under its remit leased; the number they leased on upward-only rents and the number of the lessors who were involved with the National Asset Management Agency or with any of the State banks; and the details of each lease. Amharc ar fhreagraMy Department does not own or lease any property. Its accommodation needs are provided for by the Office of Public Works.
The information sought by the Deputy regarding the agencies under the aegis of my Department is an operational matter for each Agency. I will request the relevant bodies to reply directly to the Deputy with the information requested in respect of their organisation.
