Deputy Richard Boyd Barrett asked the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government to provide copies of memos, instructions and directives to local authorities or individual communications to particular councils in relation to all aspects of housing, including but not limited to, staffing levels, emergency accommodation, building programmes, acquisitions, Part 5 and Part 8 and allocation priorities since 2011; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
