Deputy Dara Calleary asked the Minister for Health the reason the issuing of letters to persons has been outsourced in some areas by the Health Service Executive; the number of administrative staff employed by the HSE; the costs incurred in contracting the outsourced company; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
