122. Deputy Bernard J. Durkan asked the Minister for Social Protection why rent allowance has not been restored in the case of a person (details supplied); and if he will make a statement on the matter. [21863/16]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe rent supplement of the person concerned has been restored effective from 1st April 2016, with three months arrears of rent supplement paid. A full review of this case is being undertaken to ascertain if any further arrears of rent supplement are due to the person concerned. The person concerned will be contacted directly in relation to this review.
