Deputy Pearse Doherty asked the Minister for Children and Youth Affairs the reason an acknowledgement or response has not been received from Tusla, the Child and Family Agency, with respect to correspondence (details supplied) which was sent to the agency a number of weeks ago and which was subsequently resent earlier in July 2016 after the agency failed to issue a response; when a reply will issue; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
