Deputy James Browne asked the Minister for Health the number of recruitment panels for all grades in the HSE currently being used by the HSE national recruitment service that are over four years in existence and are still being drawn from for the purposes of promotion and appointment; the start dates for all panels that are still live and over four years old; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
