1084. Deputy Seán Haughey asked the Minister for Health if he will reduce the drugs payment scheme threshold from €144 per month to €100 per month; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [24620/16]

The Drugs Payment Scheme threshold is a matter which I intend to consider in the context of the implementation of the health commitments in the Programme for Government, and having regard to the funding available to facilitate such measures.
