Deputy Martin Kenny asked the Minister for Health the reason there are different terms set out for accepting or declining an expression of interest in positions in the HSE advertised by the National Recruitment Service; and the reason a decision to accept or decline a position will have different consequences as to whether a person remains on a panel or not, depending on which panel the positions are for as can be seen from a notification (details supplied).
