The person named submitted a Private Contract Clause application to my Department seeking the transfer of land and entitlements by sale as transferee. This application was not successful as the transferor had not retained a minimum of 1 hectare or submitted a Basic Payment Scheme application as required under the Terms and Conditions of a Private Contract Clause application. The transferor subsequently submitted a late Basic Payment Scheme application to my Department for consideration, retaining a minimum of 1 hectare. This application has been accepted to allow my Department to proceed with the Private Contract Clause application submitted by the person named. This application is currently being finalised and a letter will issue to the person named shortly.
