1521. Deputy Sean Fleming asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine when payment under the basic payment scheme will issue to a person (details supplied); and if he will make a statement on the matter. [24941/16]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe person named submitted a Transfer of Entitlements Application and an application for Review of Entitlements under the Force Majeure measure of the 2015 Basic Payment Scheme.
Having examined all documentation submitted in connection with the Review under Force Majeure the person named has been deemed successful. Following on from this successful review the Transfer of Entitlements Application has also been accepted and processed. Letters outlining these decisions have issued to the person named. A revised statement of entitlements will issue shortly.
