Amharc ar fhreagraThe matter of legislation formulation in relation to Assisted Human Reproduction is the responsibility of the Minister for Health. At such time as further legislative proposals are developed by Minister Harris in this regard, I and my Department will have the opportunity to provide observations and comments as part of the normal process of interdepartmental consultation on legislation and policy development.
