Deputy Pearse Doherty asked the Minister for Education and Skills the number of concessionary bus tickets available to students for each of the academic years 2014-2015, 2015-2016 and 2016-2017 as part of the primary school transport scheme, by county and by bus route, in tabular form; the number of applications received for such tickets with respect to each of these routes for each of these years; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The detailed information requested by the Deputy is not readily available and will involve a very significant amount of administrative time to compile.
