428. Deputy Michael Healy-Rae asked the Minister for Social Protection the status of an application for the domiciliary care allowance by a person (details supplied); and if he will make a statement on the matter. [27162/16]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe person concerned was notified on the 26th September 2016 that her domiciliary care allowance has been awarded from 1st June 2016. The first payment of the allowance, along with arrears due, will issue on the 18th October 2016.
I hope this clarifies the matter for the Deputy.
