827. Deputy Michael Healy-Rae asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine the status of an appeal for area aid by a person (details supplied); and if he will make a statement on the matter. [27157/16]
Amharc ar fhreagraA decision on an appeal concerning the person named was issued on 12 August 2015 by the Agriculture Appeals Office. Further correspondence submitted since that decision is currently being examined by the Agriculture Appeals Office. It is anticipated that the examination will be concluded shortly.
