A decision of the Agricultural Appeals Office is binding on my Department. Upon receipt of an appeal outcome from the Agriculture Appeals Office, officials in my Department give effect to a decision without delay. Every effort is made to ensure that all appeal outcomes are processed in an efficient manner taking account of the need for, in some cases, significant additional processing.
