Deputy Brendan Smith asked the Minister for Health if his attention has been drawn to the serious delay in children being provided with necessary services such as occupational therapy, physiotherapy, speech and language therapy, and child and adolescent mental health services in counties Cavan and Monaghan; the proposals there are to ensure that access to such services are improved at an early date; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
