246. Deputy Mick Wallace asked the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform the date on which a particular part of the coastal protection scheme on the beach at Rosslare Strand, County Wexford may be implemented (details supplied). [32524/16]
Amharc ar fhreagraI am advised by the Commissioners of Public Works that an application for funding under the Office of Public Works' (OPW) Minor Flood Mitigation Works and Coastal Protection Scheme has been received from Wexford County Council for a project at the location in question. This application is currently under consideration in the OPW and a response will issue to Wexford County Council as soon as possible.
