Deputy Pearse Doherty asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine the details, including the application reference number, the site address and name of applicant, of all live applications for aquaculture licences currently being considered in County Donegal, in tabular form; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The release of this specific information other than in accordance with the legislation governing aquaculture licensing is currently under examination by my Department to ensure compliance with data protection legislation.
