Deputy Martin Heydon asked the Minister for Finance if he will provide a breakdown of the number of first-time buyers per annum who have availed of the deposit interest retention tax refund scheme for first-time buyers since its introduction; the average amount of refund payable for each of those years; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
