210. Deputy Michael Healy-Rae asked the Minister for Arts, Heritage, Regional, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs her views on correspondence (details supplied) regarding shooting rights; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [34119/16]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe position on this matter, as set out in my reply to the Deputy to his Question No 981 on 16th September last, is unchanged. In an endeavour to bring matters forward, I have asked an official from the relevant regional side of my Department to meet with the individual referred to, as well as others with an involvement, and to report on the outcome, taking conservation considerations into account as appropriate.
