273. Deputy Aindrias Moynihan asked the Minister for Health when the contract for the supply of diabetic insulin pumps is due for renewal. [34348/16]

274. Deputy Aindrias Moynihan asked the Minister for Health if the diabetic insulin pumps for clients in Cork will be provided through a new contract or through the existing Medtronic contract. [34349/16]

Under the Health (Pricing and Supply of Medical Goods) Act 2013, the HSE has statutory responsibility for the administration of the community drug schemes; therefore, the matter has been referred to the HSE for attention and direct reply to the Deputy.
