Deputy Dara Calleary asked the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform the interactions, including dates of contact, dates of meetings and so on, which his Department has had with the Department of Defence or with the Defence Forces in regard to the possible future appointment of a captain NS in the Naval Service; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
