246. Deputy Pat Deering asked the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport if a new Bus Éireann bus stop can be established in County Carlow (details provided); and if he will make a statement on the matter. [39296/16]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe National Transport Authority (NTA) has statutory responsibility for the development of public transport infrastructure such as bus stops, bus shelters, bus stations and bus stands. Noting the NTA's responsibility in the matter, I have referred the Deputy's question to the NTA for direct reply.
