368. Deputy Michael McGrath asked the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform the current number of certain properties (details supplied) that remain in public ownership; if there are plans for their sale on the open market; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [39403/16]
Amharc ar fhreagraThere are nine former coastguard cottages in Crosshaven, Co. Cork in State ownership, seven of which have been identified for disposal.
The necessary legal documentation has been submitted to the Chief State Solicitor's Office who are preparing the Contracts for Sale. The properties will be sold by public auction during the first half of 2017.
