76. Deputy Michael Moynihan asked the Taoiseach the name and number of Bills in preparation in his Department and published by his Department since May 2016; the stage each Bill is at in the Houses of the Oireachtas; and the number of Bills from his Department signed into law [40142/16]
Amharc ar fhreagraNo Bills from my Department have been published or enacted since May 2016.
The only Bill for my Department at present is the National Economic and Social Council (NESC) Bill. When drafted, the Bill will provide for the dissolution of the NESDO (National Economic and Social Development Office) and the placing of the NESC on a statutory footing.
