1289. Deputy Clare Daly asked the Minister for Health when the report of the review of the maternity services at Portiuncula Hospital and adverse perinatal incidents between 2007 and 2014, which was set up in early 2015 with a timeline of five months to publication, will be published. [1568/17]
Amharc ar fhreagraAs this is a service matter the question has been referred to the Health Service Executive for attention and direct reply to the Deputy.
I am advised that regular re-audits of the maternity unit at Portiuncula University Hospital have confirmed that there is no continuing patient safety concern arising from the issues identified.
