1437. Deputy Willie Penrose asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine the steps he will take to ensure that basic farm payments and-or disadvantaged farm payments due to a person (details supplied) are immediately paid out; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [1373/17]
Amharc ar fhreagraAn application under the Basic Payment Scheme (BPS) and the Areas of Natural Constraints (ANC) Scheme was received in my Department from the person named on 11 April 2016. Payment has issued under the BPS. Processing of the ANC application has recently been finalised with payment due to issue to the nominated bank account of the person named shortly.
