1446. Deputy Pearse Doherty asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine when a person (details supplied) in County Donegal can expect to receive the 2016 single farm payment; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [1473/17]
Amharc ar fhreagraAn application under the 2016 Basic Payment Scheme was received in my Department from the person named on 13 May 2016. This application has been fully processed and first instalment payment issued to his nominated bank account on 17 October 2016. In the meantime as my Department has been served with a Conditional Order of Garnishee against the person named, the balancing payment cannot issue pending further legal clarification.
