Deputy Pat Deering asked the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport the conditions for towing trailers by cars and four-wheel drives in terms of size of vehicle, laden weight, number of wheels on trailer and number of wheels driving the towing vehicle; and the type of licence that is required for the various options.
